Kerri Keeler


With a passion and enthusiasm for HR, Kerri brings more than 25 years of Human Resources experience and leadership skills in both executive and volunteer capacities to support our clients with strategic HR solutions, executive recruitment, employee relations and management coaching.

Kerri's Bio

Her clients appreciate her eye for talent to find the right candidate to fit the organization and meet the team’s needs, successfully filling the role requirements for long-term success. Her business experience in operational and financial management, provides her with the ability to contribute to organizational planning and HR business foundations for start-ups and established or growing organizations.  She focuses on delivering results by bringing diverse groups together, with a balance of both team and business objectives and accountabilities. Elizabeth has been active in the Victoria business community for more than 20 years, providing expertise in human resources, administration, finance and payroll with private sector organizations, including Education, Finance, Transportation, Manufacturing and Hospitality.

She is enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service for her clients, and adept at supporting a variety of projects in the workplace. With a strong background in corporate support services, she recognizes the demands of business operations and the importance of positive employee relations.

Susan Knight, RPR

HR & Recruiting Associate

Susan brings over 20 years of human resources, administration, finance management and recruiting experience in diverse environments including high-tech start-ups, multi-national companies, law and accounting offices, government ministries, and in development/construction.

Susan's Bio

Susan’s extensive experience working in and with start-ups, and with small and large corporate businesses, has prepared her to understand and appreciate the unique challenges and opportunities of TallSky’s clients. With a strong background in corporate support services and an intuitive approach to people management, she believes every position in every company is unique, and finding the right person to fill that position is what she strives for.

Tracey Sims

HR Associate

Tracey Sims is a talented leader with over 30 years of business management experience. She brings exceptional talents in people management, strategic human resources, operations, financial management, administration, change management, and conflict resolution.

Tracey's Bio

As a recognized expert in process planning, Tracey inspires strong teams to ensure continued business and operational success. Tracey has a Masters Certificate in Leadership from Cornell University and a passion for guiding clients through challenging HR and business operational issues and ensuring their policies and processes meet best practices at all times.

Meredith Campbell-Jess, ACC, CEC

Executive Coach and HR Associate

Meredith is an Executive Coach and HR Consultant with a background in learning and training, and over 20 years’ experience in both private and public sectors.

Meredith's Bio

Meredith holds Graduate Certificates in both Executive Coaching and Strategic Human Resources Management from Royal Roads University and is Dare to Lead TM trained. She specializes in supporting managers, executives, professionals, and teams focus on opportunities to foster positive change in themselves and the organizations they are part of.

Her holistic and empowering approach brings clarity, direction, and positive support for her clients. Striving to find innovative possibilities, she loves helping teams and people find opportunities for development and growth, with an ultimate end goal of satisfaction and success for all involved.

Eileen Harper, B.Sc., CHRP


Eileen brings clients over 28 years of experience in strategic human resources and communications in both the public and private sectors, with expertise across a broad range of occupations. Eileen has led recruitment of over 250 executive and staff positions; counselled executive in a wide array of HR matters; and enjoys working with TallSky’s talented team of HR professionals in providing excellent HR advice and services.

Eileen is an active member of the BC Human Resources Management Association (BCHRMA), holds her CPHR designation, is a member of the Steering Committee for the Diploma in Public Relations at the University of Victoria, and is currently Past-President of the Victoria Hospice Society. In addition, Eileen has a degree in Biochemistry/Microbiology.
