Principal
With more than 30 years of HR and operational leadership in the private sector, Kerri brings her enthusiasm and skills to a wide variety of private and non-profit businesses in diverse industries. Her experience as a CEO advisor, in business planning and operations management, combined with a passion for recruitment, employee engagement, performance and retention strategies have all contributed to Kerri’s success in both start-up and established local and national organizations throughout her career.
Susan Knight, RPR
HR & Recruiting Associate
Susan brings more than 20 years of human resources, administration, finance management and recruiting experience in diverse environments including high-tech start-ups, multi-national companies, law and accounting offices, development/ construction, and diverse small businesses.
Tracey Sims, RPR
HR Associate
Tracey is a talented leader with over 30 years of business management experience. She brings exceptional capabilities in people management, strategic human resources, operations, financial management, administration, change management, and conflict resolution.
Meredith Campbell-Jess, ACC, CEC
Executive Coach and HR Associate
Meredith is an Executive Coach and HR Consultant with a background in learning and training, and over 20 years’ experience in both private and public sectors.

Nicky is an experienced professional focusing on human development; whether that is educating and helping leaders to become their best or working with employees and young adults to develop themselves.

With nearly 20 years of experience working with a wide array of small, medium and large businesses and non-profit organizations across a variety of industry sectors, Ronnalee has established herself as a dedicated talent development specialist helping clients to strengthen their employee recruitment and retention strategies.
Quinn Keeler
Social Media and Content Coordination
Quinn has experience focusing on business operations and human resources management, as well as social media and website marketing. She has worked with small business owners and within the public sector, providing her with the communication and leadership skills to be able to cross over, support and create content within different industries.
Shelley Quinte
Human Rights, Employment and Labour Lawyer
When our clients require specialized expertise in human rights, labour and employment law, Shelley is our preferred resource. She brings extensive experience as Associate Counsel in a Victoria law firm, and Managing Partner for an Ontario law firm, and she continues to represent her client’s interests in both BC and Ontario.
