It was my first experience with TallSky and whilst I have done a lot of hiring in my time, it’s been a long time since I have used an outside firm for assistance. I was entirely satisfied with their services, which are a la carte. TallSky took it on from the beginning and rewrote our job description, dealt with the advertising, and screened all candidates. Their communication at every step was just what I asked for. I decided I wanted to do the final interview, job offer and references, which was fine by TallSky. Their account was quite reasonable and a fraction of what others might have charged. I strongly recommend their services.
