- A full-time, permanent position with competitive compensation of $95,000 – $110,000 per year (subject to relevant skills, related experience, and education).

What could your day as a Project Engineer hold?
Working in close partnership with a Project Manager, the Project Engineer is responsible for leading the technical planning and execution of projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept through to completion. Acting as the technical lead, you will guide engineering efforts, support integration, and represent the organization in technical discussions. More specifically, you will:
- Lead the technical planning, coordination, and execution of engineering product development and delivery projects.
- Support project success by contributing to schedules, budgets, and scope management from a technical perspective.
- Coordinate technical activities including effort estimation, task assignment, and progress tracking.
- Develop, manage, and monitor Engineering Work Orders.
- Review, coordinate, and approve engineering deliverables including documentation, drawings, testing, and requirements.
- Lead technical discussions with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, including participation in design reviews.
- Support system integration efforts and ensure alignment between design, requirements, and delivery.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges to keep projects on track.

Our ideal Project Engineer brings:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Software, or Computer Engineering, or equivalent, and PMP certification or formal project management training is an asset.
- Proven experience leading or coordinating technical projects and working with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong background in project-based technical leadership within software, electronics, or related high-tech environments.
- Experience with planning, organizing, and executing complex technical work.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity strategies, networking, or IT systems is considered an asset.
