TallSky Consulting is assisting an established and highly respected Vancouver Island company with their search for a dynamic President in Victoria, BC, to lead its next phase of growth and innovation. With a 25+ year history, approximately 100 employees, and a strong reputation in the geospatial technology sector, our client delivers specialized solutions to public and private sector clients in Canada, the U.S., and internationally.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the President will guide strategic direction, operational excellence, and market expansion while fostering a collaborative, people-focused culture. The ideal candidate brings extensive senior leadership experience – ideally in geomatics, engineering, surveying, or related sectors. This is paired with strong business acumen, a track record of driving growth, and a commitment to meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities.

Compensation:

This position offers a base salary of $170,000 – $200,000, plus performance-based incentives, benefits, and future opportunity for equity participation.
