We’re searching for a full-time Senior Bookkeeper who is as passionate about clean books as they are about helping clients build better systems, improve processes, and embrace technology.

This isn’t just a bookkeeping role. You’ll partner with business owners to improve financial processes, streamline workflows, implement technology solutions, and create systems that support long-term growth and success.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll manage full-cycle bookkeeping and accounting support for a portfolio of clients, including  reconciliations, GST/PST filings, payroll, AP/AR, financial reporting, and year-end preparation.

Beyond the books, you’ll help clients improve processes, streamline workflows, optimize software usage, and implement cloud-based solutions that support efficiency and growth. Working with QuickBooks Online, Dext, Financial Cents, and other business applications, you’ll contribute to workflow improvements, software integrations, automation initiatives and exceptional client service.

Clients rely on us for clarity, consistency, and practical solutions and you’ll play a key role in helping them achieve all three.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who checks most (or all!) of these boxes:

  • 5-7 years of progressive bookkeeping, accounting or finance experience, ideally supporting multiple clients or businesses
  • Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks Online and cloud-based accounting systems
  • Experience identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and operational efficiency
  • Comfortable leveraging cloud-based accounting tools, software integrations and technology solutions to improve efficiency and client outcomes
  • Organized, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing multiple client relationships and accounting files
  • Clear and professional communicator who enjoys building relationships and supporting clients
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of owning your workload in a remote environment
  • Experience with Dext or similar expense-management tools is considered an asset
  • Accounting, Business Administration, or related education is preferred; CPA designation or CPA candidate status is considered an asset

  • Eligible to work in Canada without restriction
