In this critical role, you’ll spearhead our analytics and business intelligence efforts, guiding the organization through data-led transformation and digital innovation across the United States and Canada. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will build a dynamic team to design and deliver actionable insights, build robust data strategies, and oversee cutting-edge digital projects that fuel success.

Our ideal Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics brings the following:

• Post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• 10+ years in analytics, digital transformation, or business intelligence leadership roles
• Strong leadership skills with proven success in executing large-scale, complex projects across teams
• Demonstrated knowledge of both US and Canadian market landscapes, regulations, and business environments
• Experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.

• Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision making coupled with the ability to identify and resolve problems quickly and effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences
• Proven leadership skills to inspire and manage high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.

As a 501(c) nonprofit, LPMA powered by Interchange 360’s directive is to provide the Producers of petroleum and automotive products with sustainable, transparent, and cost-effective support for their EPR Compliance needs and their Circular Economy objectives.
