Although Teri began her career working as a sea-floor positioning engineer in the North Sea, for the past 20+ years her professional career has included roles in human resources, commercial management, and corporate health and safety across various industries.

Teri provides specialized HR support in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, total rewards (compensation/benefits), HR policy and legislative compliance, as well as HRIS / Payroll technology and global mobility. She has led compensation and benefits programs, acquisitions, and corporate reorganizations, and acted as the Project Sponsor for enterprise-wide HRIS implementations.

Teri holds a Bachelor of Science (Combined Honors) in Geology & Oceanography from the University of British Columbia as well as Post Graduate Certificates in Human Resource Management and Labour (Union) – Management Relations.
