Janice is an experienced HR professional who has worked in a variety of environments, including large multi-national corporations, mid-size technology companies, the public service, and small start-ups. This unique blend of experience has given Janice the tools to provide support to leaders and teams in a grounded and informative way. 

Janice’s areas of interest include employee relations, policy and process development, strategic planning, and employee engagement. She is most excited about working with organizations to find efficiencies in their HR practices. She’s passionate about creating great places to work. 

Janice graduated in 2017 with her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and Leadership from Camosun College.
