Donna is a dedicated and passionate Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Royal Roads University; Career Development Practitioner certification from Douglas College and she is CPHR designated.

Donna is skillful at navigating client relations, working with high growth, fast paced and complex organizations including non-profit and private sector. She enjoys advising and coaching leaders in employee relations, conflict resolution and change management initiatives. She enjoys training development and facilitation, and is very knowledgeable in HRIS/HCM systems, compensation, benefits and payroll practices and policy development. Donna also has a great deal of experience managing OHS programs and legislation compliance.
