Are you a seasoned hospitality professional who is looking for an opportunity to be part of the management team at a stunning boutique resort on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Bahamas? Have you quietly mused about working on a beautiful remote Caribbean island?
This opportunity may also be suited to a couple as both Resort/Hotel Operations and Food and Beverage Management experience is required. As the Resort Operations Manager you will oversee the management of the property, villas, and bungalows, and as the Food and Beverage Manager you will handle all aspects of the restaurant operations and coordinate special events.
This unique opportunity is available if you are open to a three-year commitment on this beautiful island.
In the role of Resort Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all resort services, including guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, employee development and the financial management. You lead from the front, bring a passion for service, and understand how small details can elevate every aspect of your guest’s experience.
- You bring 8+ years of hospitality management experience and a solid understanding of hotel operations, ideally in a remote environment.
- You understand the importance of being good environmental stewards and love sharing your enthusiasm and passion for resort industry.
- Experience and knowledge in managing repairs and maintenance programs would be an asset.
In the role of Food and Beverage Manager you will work shoulder to shoulder with staff in a fast-paced atmosphere. You have a passion for “Yes I Can” service and understand how to adapt quickly to the challenges of a remote environment to deliver an exceptional and consistent dining experience. You will also assist in the management of other departments and coordinate special events and weddings, to ensure our guests have a truly memorable experience.
- You bring 5+ years of food and beverage management experience and a solid understanding of food and beverage operations, specifically including ordering, inventory management, service and food standards.
- Management experience in hotel/resort operations is an asset.
