Our client, Pacific Capital Real Estate Group (PCRE Group) is searching for a motivated and innovative Marketing Coordinator to join their collaborative and dynamic team at Royal Bay in Colwood. What could your day as the Marketing Coordinator hold?

  • Assisting in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans, managing marketing budgets, and supporting corporate branding efforts through consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
  • Managing diverse marketing projects including working with agency partners to develop creative materials and advertising strategies, analyzing marketing campaign performance, partnering with website developers to create intuitive wireframes, coordinating photography and videography, drafting and sending targeted e-blasts, planning and executing launch events, and working closely with the Sales team to deliver relevant content and marketing assets.
  • Developing, crafting and managing clear and compelling corporate communications and creative marketing content, overseeing social media strategy, and maintaining and updating the company website.
  • Providing administrative support for the marketing department and assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other marketing-related documents as needed.
  • Coordinating, executing and attending all community events at Royal Bay.

What does our ideal Marketing Coordinator bring?

  • 3-5 years of experience in a professional marketing or communications role, with a preference for candidates with real estate experience.
  • A Post-Secondary Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an exceptional ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with social media management tools and web content management systems.
  • Graphic design skills are an asset.
