Food and Beverage Manager

Reporting to the General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager will be a core member of the management team leading our wonderful island team and enhancing the reputation of the Resort and Long Island as a top-rated vacation destination.

You enjoy working shoulder to shoulder with staff, have a passion for “Yes I Can” service, and thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere. You understand how to adapt quickly to the challenges of a remote environment and be able to deliver an exceptional and consistent dining experience. In this role, you will also assist in the management of other departments and coordinate special events and weddings, to ensure our guests have a truly memorable experience.

Our ideal Food and Beverage Manager brings:

• 5+ years of food and beverage management experience.
• A solid understanding of food and beverage operations, specifically including ordering, inventory management, service and food standards.
• Management experience in hotel and resort operations is an asset.
• You understand the importance of being good environmental stewards and love sharing your enthusiasm and passion for resort industry.
