TallSky Consulting Group is pleased to partner with Digital Progressive Bookkeeping Ltd., a growing Sooke-based bookkeeping firm serving construction, trades, service-based, and retail businesses across BC. As they continue to expand, we’re searching for a Full-Time Senior Bookkeeper who’s as passionate about clean books as they are about smart systems.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll manage full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple clients, including monthly reconciliations, GST/PST, payroll, receipt management, file clean-up, and year-end prep. You’ll work in QuickBooks Online, using cloud-based tools like Dext and Financial Cents to keep things running smoothly.
Clients rely on us for clarity and consistency, and you’ll be one of the key people helping make that happen.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who checks most (or all!) of these boxes:
- 5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
- Strong proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Experience supporting (or a strong interest in) construction, trades, service, or retail clients
- IT-savvy and comfortable with cloud-based tools + system integrations (e.g., Dext)
- A detail-loving, organized human who thrives managing multiple client files
- Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of owning your workload
- Clear and confident in your communication
- Aligned with the company’s values: ownership, precision, kindness, follow-through, improvement
- Take pride in a clean file and a job well done and don’t mind the occasional client who needs help getting their ducks in a row
- Live and love beautiful British Columbia
- Eligible to work in Canada without restriction
What Digital Progressive Bookkeeping Offers:
