She brings more than 20 years of experience in training, learning and development, facilitation, process improvement, and organizational change across the public and private sectors.

Jennifer’s consultancy focuses on AI readiness and AI Adoption. She leads AI Education in British Columbia and is one of the top AI Educators in Canada. She combines technical understanding with a facilitative approach that engages staff, reduces resistance, and ensures that process improvements reflect the realities of day-to-day work.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria, training and instructional design certifications from the BCIT, VCC and Langevin Learning. She is also a certified AI Futurelab Mastermind Trainer and recipient of the Nanaimo Chamber Women in Business Award for 2025.
