Kerri Keeler, CMC

Principal

With more than 30 years of HR and operational leadership in the private sector, Kerri brings her enthusiasm and skills to a wide variety of private and non-profit businesses in diverse industries. Her experience as a CEO advisor, in business planning and operations management, combined with a passion for recruitment, employee engagement, performance and retention strategies have all contributed to Kerri’s success in both start-up and established local and national organizations throughout her career.

Susan Knight, RPR

HR & Recruiting Associate

Susan brings more than 20 years of human resources, administration, finance management and recruiting experience in diverse environments including high-tech start-ups, multi-national companies, law and accounting offices, development/ construction, and diverse small businesses.

Tracey Sims, RPR

HR Associate

Tracey is a talented leader with over 30 years of business management experience. She brings exceptional capabilities in people management, strategic human resources, operations, financial management, administration, change management, and conflict resolution.

Meredith Campbell-Jess, ACC, CEC

Executive Coach and HR Associate

Meredith is an Executive Coach and HR Consultant with a background in learning and training, and over 20 years’ experience in both private and public sectors.

Nicky is an experienced professional focusing on human development; whether that is educating and helping leaders to become their best or working with employees and young adults to develop themselves.

Donna Koop

Donna Koop, CPHR

HR Associate

Donna is a dedicated and passionate Human Resources professional with over 20 years of experience. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from Royal Roads University; Career Development Practitioner certification from Douglas College and she is CPHR designated. She is skillful at navigating client relations, working with high growth, fast paced and complex organizations including non-profit and private sector.

Quinn has experience focusing on business operations and human resources management, as well as social media and website marketing. She has worked with small business owners and within the public sector, providing her with the communication and leadership skills to be able to cross over, support and create content within different industries.
