On behalf of our client, MEDability, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Rehabilitation Sales Specialist to join their growing team in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.

As a Rehabilitation Sales Specialist, your primary focus will be to build and nurture lasting relationships with therapists, healthcare professionals, and clients in the Greater Toronto Area. By deeply understanding their needs, you will position yourself as a trusted advisor, guiding them to the most suitable solutions from our extensive range of medical equipment and mobility products. Your expertise in these product lines will ensure that you can confidently recommend solutions that address specific challenges and optimize therapeutic outcomes while delivering tailored solutions that improve the lives of patients.

What You’ll Do:
- Cultivate relationships with healthcare facilities and partner with occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other professionals to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions.
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and maintain our competitive edge.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Travel within the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions to meet client needs.
What We’re Looking For:
- Post-secondary education in Rehabilitation Sciences, Kinesiology, Physical Therapy, or a related field OR equivalent professional experience in healthcare sales.
- Proven success in sales within the rehab or medical equipment sector.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Empathy and active listening to understand client needs and provide meaningful solutions.
- Goal-driven, self-motivated, and resilient, with strong organizational skills.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of product functionality.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Specializing in helping clients and healthcare professionals find the equipment they need to address functional and mobility needs, our sales primarily come from walk-in customers, with some outside sales generated through prescriptions by local Occupational Therapists.
