On behalf of our client, Tire Stewardship BC (TSBC), we are searching for a Program Administrator in Victoria, BC.

The Role:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Program Administrator plays a central role in the effective day-to-day operation of TSBC’s recycling program. This role provides administrative, claims, data, and stakeholder support and serves as a key point of connection between TSBC, program participants, and the public. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping programs organized, accurate, and running smoothly behind the scenes. You enjoy working with systems and data, take pride in precision, and like being the steady, reliable point of connection others count on. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Process and review participant claims and invoices.
  • Prepare reports and trends analysis for management.
  • Act as the primary contact for all claim and general program questions.
  • Maintain accurate participant records in TSBC systems.
  • Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries.
  • Monitor and help resolve data or system issues, including testing updates.
  • Track and manage all scrap tire collection issues and consumer complaints.
  • Provide general administrative and project support as needed.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in an administrative, program support, or operations role.
  • A diploma or degree in Business or Office Administration, Program Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience processing claims, invoices, or similar submissions with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with databases, spreadsheets, and MS Office.
